This insight is used exclusively in our advisory work with companies and startups, helping them prepare business cases that reflect market expectations. We do not offer advisory services to investors and do not operate public investment or crowdfunding platforms.
Investor information is handled confidentially and used only to qualify general guidance. If a project appears relevant for a certain type of investor, we guide the company on how they themselves can approach such actors in a responsible manner. Investor Insights for Companies
Once the material is finalised, Shange & Co may – by agreement – share it with an internal network of investors and lenders. Each recipient will then, on their own initiative and based on their own criteria, assess whether your business case is relevant for them to initiate a dialogue about. Shange & Co does not conduct screening, matching, or distribute specific investment products; we simply provide the framework for qualified projects to become visible to relevant capital providers.

Mr. Dennis Thabaneng
Dennis holds graduate degrees Honours B.Commerce and MSc Management and brings solid experience in management, and development finance. At the Development Bank of Southern Africa, he worked as Divisional Manager (SME development, infrastructure Development, and DBSA Vulindlela Training Academy).
His focus has been infrastructure development and training for public institutions, while he has also been actively engaged in the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including board-level roles in South African development finance institutions.

Thamsanqa Sanele Shange
Thamsanqa holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and has experience in developing and implementing energy infrastructure in rural areas of Zululand and Durban through his work with Eskom. His technical background and hands-on expertise in electrical networks and supply solutions form the foundation for driving sustainable and renewable energy initiatives at Shange & Co. Today, Thamsanqa runs his own independent business while remaining affiliated with Eskom. He focuses on designing and implementing infrastructure for solar parks and renewable energy projects, combining practical utility experience with sustainable innovation.

With a strong background in stakeholder communication, project facilitation, event and travel coordination, and administrative leadership, Puleng has worked across multiple sectors — from corporate communications and fundraising to executive support and operational management.
