Shange & Co ApS is a family-owned consulting and project development company working across sectors with the screening and maturation of business cases. We focus on supporting sustainable ideas and businesses so they become ready for dialogue with banks, investors, and strategic partners — combining economic growth with social and environmental impact.

Our Heritage

Shange & Co is rooted in a royal legacy that stretches back to 200 years, as direct descendants of the Zulu Royal House in South Africa.
Our late father, H.R.H. Prince V.A. Shange, was formally mandated by H.M. King Goodwill Zwelithini in 1998 to represent and develop projects aimed at education, economic empowerment, and community building within the Zulu nation.

This royal heritage provides us with a unique foundation of trust, legitimacy, and international connections – a foundation we continue to build upon today.
