Parties and purpose Investor hereby grants Shange & Co ApS (CVR 45784894), Ulstrup, Denmark (“Shange & Co”) power of attorney to register and use Investor’s information as part of Shange & Co’s mediation of capital on behalf of the projects, startups and companies that Shange & Co represents. The purpose of the power of attorney is to make Investor visible as a potential source of financing for project owners who seek capital via Shange & Co, without Shange & Co providing investment advice to Investor.
